1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Turkmenistan Airlines booking platform (the "Service"), operated by a licensed seller of Turkmenistan Airlines (T5) tickets. By using this Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Ticketing

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the airline. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a PNR (Passenger Name Record) and e-ticket. Prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes and surcharges unless stated otherwise.

3. Passenger Details

You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger details (name, date of birth, passport information) exactly match the travel documents. Name mismatches may prevent boarding and could require re-issuance fees or result in ticket forfeiture.

4. Payment

We use Stripe for secure card processing. Your card is authorised at the time of booking and only captured after successful ticket issuance. If ticket issuance fails, the authorisation is automatically released and no charge is made.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the airline fare rules associated with your ticket. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 14–30 business days.

6. Changes & Modifications

Date changes, route changes, and name corrections are subject to airline policies and may incur fees. Contact our support team at least 48 hours before departure for assistance.

7. Travel Documents

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. The airline and our service are not liable if you are denied boarding due to incomplete documentation.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by the airline.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
