  • Payment information: we do not store raw card data. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant provider.

  • To process and confirm your flight booking.
  • To issue e-tickets and send booking confirmations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / UAE PDPL)

We process your personal data based on: (a) the necessity to perform our contract with you (booking and ticketing); (b) compliance with legal obligations (aviation security and customs requirements); and (c) your consent where required (e.g., marketing communications).

We share your data only with: (a) Turkmenistan Airlines for ticket issuance; (b) Stripe for payment processing; (c) aviation authorities as required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

We retain your booking data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, and for up to 5 years thereafter to comply with tax, accounting, and aviation regulations.
